Parmesan Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 chicken breast halves
2 (14 oz.) cans Italian-style tomatoes
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. oregano or basil
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce (optional)
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Place chicken in covered baking dish and bake, covered, for 15 to 20 minutes until tender.
Remove and drain dish if necessary. Combine remaining ingredients except Parmesan cheese.
Cook gently until thickened.
Pour over chicken in warm serving dish.
Top with Parmesan cheese and return to oven, uncovered, for another 10 to 15 minutes.
Serves 4 to 6 people.
