Highlander Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 c. uncooked oats
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Pour milk over oats and let stand 5 minutes.
    Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
    Lightly stir eggs into oat mixture.
    Add dry ingredients and butter; stir until combined. Cook on hot griddle.
