Waikiki Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/3 c. chopped onions
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. milk
    2/3 c. 3-minute oats
    1 egg
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1 Tbsp. shortening
Preparation
    Combine beef, oats, onions, egg, salt, ginger and milk.
    Shape into balls (50), using one rounded teaspoon for each.
    Melt shortening in a skillet; add meatballs.
    Brown and cool.
    Remove from skillet.
    Drain.
