Chinese Boiled Chicken(Chow Yow Gai) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 to 3 1/2 lb.) chicken, cleaned
    2 bunches green onions
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. sesame oil
    1 Tbsp. sesame seed
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. peanut oil
    cooked rice
Preparation
    Fill a large kettle with water; bring to a boil.
    Place the chicken in the boiling water.
    Return to a boil.
    Lower heat, cover and cook 1 hour.
    Remove and cool.
    Debone chicken; tear into small strips.
    Place in a large bowl.
