Cold Cucumber Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large cucumbers
    1 clove garlic
    3 c. chicken broth
    3 c. sour cream
    3 tsp. white vinegar
    2 tsp. salt
    lemon and parsley for garnish
Preparation
    Peel and seed cucumbers; cut into large chunks.
    Place in blender with garlic and chicken broth.
    Blend on high speed. Slowly add the sour cream, vinegar and salt.
    Blend until mixed well.
    Chill well before serving.
    May be garnished with lemon or parsley.
