Holiday Pineapple Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. drained crushed pineapple
    1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
    2 c. chopped pecans
    1/4 c. chopped onions
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese.
    Add peppers, cheese, onions, pineapple, salt and 1 cup pecans.
    Shape into balls and roll in remaining pecans.
    Chill several hours.
    Serve with crackers and/or vegetables.
