Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 lb. round steak (1/2-inch thick)
    1 1/2 c. red cooking wine
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 onion, sliced
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    1 1/2 tsp. instant dry beef bouillon
    1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1/3 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. dairy sour cream
Preparation
    Trim all fat and bone from meat.
    Slice into strips 1/4-inch wide by 2 inches long.
    In large skillet, melt butter and brown meat.
    Place meat in slow cooker.
    Add all other ingredients, except the mushrooms, flour and sour cream.
    Cover; cook on low for 6 to 7 hours.
    The last 30 minutes, cook on high and add mushrooms.
    Combine flour and sour cream; add to meat.
    Stir often.
    Serve over hot noodles or rice.
    Serves 4 to 6.
