Saucy Italian Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sole fillets
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (15 1/4 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Arrange fillets in lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle with oregano and pepper. Pour spaghetti sauce over top; sprinkle with parsley.
    Bake, uncovered, in 350\u00b0 gas oven 18 to 20 minutes.
    Sprinkle cheese over top; bake 5 minutes longer until cheese melts.
    Yield: 6 servings.
