Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. mixed vegetables
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 c. butter
    1/3 c. flour
    1 c. water
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    pinch of nutmeg or thyme (optional)
Preparation
    Cook and drain vegetables.
    Place in a flat 9 x 9-inch pan. Sprinkle with salt and garlic powder.
    Cook butter, flour and water together.
    Cool and add sour cream, cheese and optional spices, if desired.
    Pour over the vegetables and top with buttered crumbs.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Can be made a day ahead and baked the next day.
