Mexican Fruitcake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 medium can crushed pineapple (undrained)
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 stick butter, melted
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Combine flour, sugar, eggs, pineapple and nuts together.
    Mix well.
    Pour in a 9 x 12-inch cake pan.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
    In a bowl, combine cheese, butter, vanilla and sugar.
    Blend until smooth.
    Pour on top of cake while it is still hot.
