Peach Cloud Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust
    2 c. canned, sliced peaches, drained
    1/2 lb. marshmallows
    1/4 c. milk
    1 c. whipping cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine marshmallows and milk in top of double boiler.
    Melt marshmallows over hot water.
    Set aside to cool completely, but do not chill to gel stage.
    Beat out lumps and fold in cream that has been whipped, vanilla and salt.
    Layer peaches and marshmallows mixture in crust.
    Chill 1 hour before serving.
