Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless chicken, cut into bite size pieces
    1 lb. smoked sausage
    1 c. yellow onions
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. Louisiana hot sauce
    2 Tbsp. Tony's Creole seasonings
    6 c. water
    prepared roux
    2 c. chopped green onions
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. parsley flakes
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
Preparation
    Brown chicken and sausage in olive oil.
    Add remaining ingredients except water and roux.
    Cook until vegetables are tender.
    Add water and return mixture to a slow boil.
    Add prepared roux to obtain desired consistency.
    Adjust seasoning to taste.
    Simmer for 1 hour.
