Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mushroom caps
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crab meat
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. onions, finely chopped
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. Italian style bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1/4 c. Italian style bread crumbs
Preparation
    Clean mushroom caps.
    Brush with cooking oil and place in buttered 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Mix together crab meat, egg, mayonnaise, onion, lemon juice and 1/4 cup bread crumbs.
    Fill caps with crab meat mixture.
    Combine melted butter and remaining 1/4 cup bread crumbs.
    Sprinkle carefully over crab meat mixture. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
