Cheese And Corn Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 potatoes, diced
    2 carrots, diced
    1 large can creamed corn
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. nonfat dry milk
    2/3 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Simmer water, potatoes and carrots 10 minutes in covered pan. Add corn and liquid from can.
    Simmer for 5 minutes.
    Add pepper, dry milk and cheese.
    Stir over low heat until cheese melts.
