Tracey'S Chili Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 (16 oz.) can pinto beans
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can chili beans
    1 (28 oz.) can stewed tomatoes, crushed
    3 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 (1.25 oz.) pkg. chili seasoning
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    10 whole grain rolls
    2 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in stock pot over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
    Drain.
    Add pinto and chili beans.
    Cook on medium-high for 5 minutes.
    Add stewed tomatoes, chili powder, chili seasonings and tomato sauce.
    Stir.
    Simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.
    Divide the chili among the rolls.
    Add cheese, if desired.
    Makes 10 servings.
