Crab Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkgs. frozen broccoli spears
    2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 cup plus 2 tbl. butter or margarine
    4 tbl. minced onion
    4 tbl. flour
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    2 cups milk
    2 tbl. lemon juice
    1 lb. crabmeat (imitation works)
    1/4 cup soft breadcrumbs
Preparation
    Cook broccoli according to package directions. Arrange broccoli in buttered 2 qt. casserole. Sprinkle cheese over broccoli. Melt 1/2 cup butter in saucepan; saute onion until golden brown. Stir in flour, curry powder, and salt. Gradually stir in milk. Cook, stirring constantly, over low heat until thickened. Stir in lemon juice; add crabmeat. Pour over broccoli. Mix remaining melted butter with breadcrumbs; sprinkle over crab mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbly and brown. Makes 6 servings.
