Crazy Cocoa Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. oil
1 Tbsp. white vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. HOT tap water

Preparation

Stir dry ingredients together in large mixing bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour into 8 x 8 or round ungreased pan.
Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
This is good without frosting - a snack cake!
