Hawaiian Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 egg
    1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1/4 c. flour
    1/3 Tbsp. oil
    1 (No. 2) can pineapple chunks
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 green peppers
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3/4 tsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix
    beef, eggs, bread crumbs and seasoning.
    Form into meatballs.\tRoll in flour and brown in oil.
    Remove meatballs. Drain
    pineapple
    (reserve\tjuice).
    Add
    water
    to make 1 cup liquid.
    Stir
    into
    drippings
    in\tpan.
    Mix brown sugar, soy sauce,
    cornstarch and vinegar;
    add to pan.
    Cook until thick and clear.
    Add meatballs, pineapple and pepper strips.
    Cover and simmer
    10 minutes or until pepper is tender.
    Serve with chow mein noodles.
