Scandinavian Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can green beans
1 can green peas
1 large onion, minced
1 c. celery, chopped fine
1 (3 oz.) jar pimento
1/2 c. salad oil
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Marinate overnight in refrigerator.
Drain before serving, but reserve liquid to return to leftover salad.
This salad will keep several days in refrigerator.
