Puffy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 minutes potatoes (salt when cooking)
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. onion salt
Preparation
    Cook and drain potatoes and mash.
    (Do not add milk.) Beat cream cheese and sour cream and add to potatoes with seasonings. Put in 2-quart casserole dish and dot with butter.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Refrigerate a day or longer before baking.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, uncovered.
