Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. cornmeal
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs, slightly beaten
grated rind of 1 lemon
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
3 Tbsp. milk
1/2 c. fresh lemon juice
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Mix together first four ingredients.
Add melted butter, milk, lemon juice and rind. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 375\u00b0.
