Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. shortening
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 beaten egg
    1 tsp. vinegar
    5 Tbsp. ice cold water
Preparation
    Cut together the first 3 ingredients.
    Add egg, vinegar and ice cold water.
    Mix with your hands until smooth.
    Divide mixture in half.
    Roll out until large enough to go 1-inch over edge of pie plate.
    Place in pie pan.
    Add filling, if a top crust or lattice is to be added.
    Roll out 2nd crust.
    Place on top of filling.
