Canned Squash Or Okra - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. sliced squash
    water
    2 1/2 Tbsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. cider vinegar
Preparation
    Cover squash with water.
    Add salt and cider vinegar.
    Bring to a boil until it changes color.
    Pack in hot jars and seal.
