Barbecue Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. chicken breasts
    2 Tbsp. oil (or more)
    1 1/4 c. barbecue sauce
    3/4 c. water
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
    1 c. sweet corn
Preparation
    Brown chicken in hot oil in large skillet.
    Stir in barbecue sauce and water.
    Cover and cook over medium to low heat for 20 minutes or until tender.
    Stir in rice and corn.
    Cover and reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
