Curried Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 Tbsp. curry powder
    4 thinly sliced pork chops
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    chopped parsley
    1/2 c. beer
Preparation
    Combine butter and curry powder in a skillet.
    Saute pork chops over medium heat until done.
    Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and parsley.
    Pour beer over chops and place under broiler until cheese melts.
    Serve immediately.

    2 servings.
