Dirt Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. Oreos
1/2 c. melted butter
12 oz. Cool Whip
8 oz. soft cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
2 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

First, crush cookies in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Second, combine butter, Cool Whip, cream cheese and powdered sugar.
Use part of it to layer over cookies.
Third, combine pudding, milk and vanilla; blend until thickened.
Add part of this to previous layer.
Continue to layer, leaving some crumbs for the top. Refrigerate.
