Stuffed Celery - cooking recipe
Ingredients

bunch of celery
1/2 c. Blue cheese, chopped fine
1/2 c. margarine, softened
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. chopped celery leaves
Preparation

Use 4 to 5 medium stalks of celery; scrape strings.
Combine cheese, margarine, Worcestershire and celery leaves.
Fill celery, using 2-inch pieces.
