Brussels Sprouts In Onion Cream - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. Brussels sprouts
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 pt. sour cream
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Cook Brussels sprouts in steamer for 15 minutes or until tender.
Saute onion in butter until rich brown.
Stir in sour cream and heat, stirring constantly.
Add Brussels sprouts and mix well.
Makes 6 servings.
