Funnel Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
2/3 c. milk
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/3 c. sifted flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 Tbsp. baking powder
Preparation

Beat the egg; add the milk.
Sift the salt, sugar, flour and baking powder together.
Add the eggs and milk.
Beat until smooth.
Pour batter into funnel, holding finger over the bottom. Allow batter to run out of funnel into deep fat at 375\u00b0, making swirls in fat from center out.
Cakes may be made to size wanted. Fry until golden brown.
Drain on paper.
Serve with powdered sugar.
