Carrot-Tuna Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. tuna, drained
    1 c. grated carrots
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. milk
    1 can shoestring potatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix the first 4 ingredients in salad bowl; season.
    Mix milk and mayonnaise; whip together with fork.
    Mix into salad mixture, tossing with fork until well blended.
    Cover bowl and allow to stand in refrigerator until ready to serve.
    At the last minute, add can of shoestring potatoes.
    Mix.
    Serve on lettuce leaf. Serves 6.
