Corn And Cheese Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. corn (fresh) or kernel (frozen or canned)
    1 1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. green pepper
    4 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    salt, pepper or herbs to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, mixing well.
    Pour into buttered 2-quart casserole.
    Cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, then bake uncovered until knife comes out clean.
