Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    22 saltine crackers
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. minced dried onions
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 (17 oz.) can creamed corn
    1 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Crush crackers; set aside.
    In 1-quart casserole dish, beat eggs, milk, onion, salt and pepper.
    Add 3/4 of crackers to casserole dish.
    Now add corn; mix well.
    Melt margarine and mix with rest of crackers.
    Sprinkle over corn mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until knife stuck in center comes out clean.
