Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag salad mix
    4 tomatoes, diced
    8 oz. mild Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
    2 cans Ranch Style kidney beans
    1 bag tortilla chips
    1 large bottle Catalina dressing
    1 purple onion (optional)
Preparation
    Mix first 7 ingredients. Slowly fold in dressing and chips.
