Surprise Brownie Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour (all-purpose)
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. cocoa
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 stick margarine, softened
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    3 Tbsp. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. coconut
Preparation
    Mix together the first 4 ingredients and set aside.
    Beat eggs and gradually add 1 cup sugar and vanilla.
    Add 1 stick margarine. Blend well.
    Mix in dry ingredients.
    Add pecans and coconut, if desired.
    Drop by about 3 tablespoonfuls into paper lined muffin cups.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Makes 12 to 15 cupcakes.
