Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large squash
    1/2 small onion
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    Ritz cracker crumbs (for topping)
Preparation
    Cook the squash and onion together until tender.
    Drain off the excess water.
    Combine squash, cheese, soup, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
    Pour in greased baking dish.
    Sprinkle cracker crumbs on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
