Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1 1/2 c. carrots
    4 boiled eggs
    1 onion
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. salad oil
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. mustard
    2/3 to 1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Cook diced potatoes and carrots.
    Cool.
    Add onion, which has been cut into rings and diced eggs.
    Marinate with dressing of vinegar, salad oil, salt, sugar and mustard.
    Add mayonnaise.
    Mix gently.
    Chill.
    Flavors blend well when prepared the night before.
