Buenlos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. cream
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. sugar
    3 1/2 to 4 c. flour
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add cream and milk.
    Sift dry ingredients and combine with liquid.
    Dough should be soft and easy to roll.
    Add more flour if needed.
    Let stand for two hours.
    Turn out on floured board and roll to 1/4-inch thickness.
    Cut into desired shapes and deep fry until nicely browned.
    Sprinkle with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar.
