Scrod With Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    vegetable cooking spray
    1 large Vidalia or Spanish onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce, divided
    Tabasco sauce to taste
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 lb. scrod fillets
Preparation
    Lightly coat large skillet with spray.
    Over medium-high heat, add onion, 1/2 of soy sauce and dash of pepper sauce.
    Cover; cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Add water and fish. Sprinkle with rest of soy sauce and another dash of Tabasco. Cover; simmer until fish flakes easily, about 5 to 10 minutes.
