Lemon Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 bone-in pork chops (3/4-inch thick)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. coarse ground pepper
    1 medium onion, sliced thin
    1 lemon, cut in 1/4-inch slices
    1/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1/4 c. ketchup
Preparation
    Place pork chops in slow cooker.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Top with onion and lemon.
    Sprinkle on brown sugar and drizzle on ketchup.
    Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
    Makes 4 servings.
