Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 qt. popped corn, hulless (2 pkg.)
    1/2 c. butter
    1 3/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. white syrup
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Mix butter, syrup, sugar and salt together.
    Boil 5 minutes. Add baking soda, mixing well.
    Pour over popped corn that has been placed in a roasting pan.
    Mix well.
    Bake in a 250\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
    Stir every 15 minutes.
