Sauerkraut Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pork sausage
2/3 c. oatmeal
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 (16 oz.) can drained and chopped sauerkraut
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well together.
Shape into 1-inch balls. Place in ungreased shallow pan.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Serve warm.
