Buttermilk Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    7 oz. coconut
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. buttermilk
    5 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt
    butter.
    Beat
    eggs;
    add sugar.\tStir well.
    Add buttermilk, butter, vanilla and coconut.
    Put into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake 35 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until golden brown.
