Basic Vanilla Nonfat Frozen Yogurt - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. sugar or 1/3 sugar and 4 packets Sweet 'N Low
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated skim milk
    1 Egg Beaters, beaten (1/4 c.)
    2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
    1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
    1 1/2 plain nonfat vanilla yogurt, stirred
Preparation
    In a medium saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch.
    Stir in milk, beaten Egg Beaters and corn syrup.
    Cook, stirring, over low heat until mixture thickens and coats a metal spoon.
    Remove from heat; cool.
    Stir in vanilla and yogurt.
    Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturers directions.
