Easy Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1/4 c. oil
    3/4 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. salad dressing
    2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
Preparation
    Peel potatoes; cut into uniform cubes.
    Cook in boiling, salted water until done.
    Drain off water; place potatoes in refrigerator until cool.
    Remove from refrigerator; stir in oil gently.
    Combine sour cream and salad dressing.
    Add to potatoes. Add eggs; mix gently.
    Other ingredients may be added, if desired.
