Homemade Ravioli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. oil
    3 lb. Ricotta cheese
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    9 eggs
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Place the flour on a board with a valley in the middle.
    Crack 3 eggs into the valley and 2 tablespoons oil.
    Add the water a little at a time while kneading.
    Knead into a well-mixed ball. In a bowl mix the remaining ingredients.
    Roll out the dough to about 1/4-inch thickness.
    Cut into 3-inch rounds and spoon the cheese mixture onto half.
    Fold the dough and pinch edges with a spoon.
