Amanda'S Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Veg-All or vegetable medley of your choice
    4 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 can cream of broccoli soup
    1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Cook vegetables until done but still firm.
    Drain water from vegetables.
    Mix broccoli soup into vegetables
    Mix the cubed Velveeta cheese with the vegetables and soup combination.
    Pour into casserole dish.
    Sprinkle cracker crumbs on top of casserole. Bake at 300\u00b0 for about 25 minutes or until crust is lightly brown.
    Oven temperatures may vary.
    Makes 6 servings.
