Gingerbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 tsp. baking soda
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. molasses
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. ginger
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Mix soda and buttermilk together.
Add molasses.
Sift flour, salt and ginger together.
Pour into molasses mixture.
Add melted butter.
Pour into greased pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
