Red Kidney Bean Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, cooked and drained
    1 (1 lb.) can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 small green pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Mix all together with dressing and chill well for several hours.
