Stove Top Barbecued Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. sherry
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
3 Tbsp. vinegar
4 Tbsp. water
1 1/2 lb. spareribs, cut into 3 sections
Preparation

Place liquids in large covered saucepan with ribs.
Bring to boil quickly, shaking pan from time to time to cover ribs with liquid.
Reduce heat and simmer for 40 minutes, continuing to \"swish\" pan periodically.
Uncover and increase heat to high. Spoon liquid over ribs until heavy glaze remains.
Serve with rice (recommended).
