Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 can Ro-Tel, diced
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can Ranch Style beans
    2 c. grated cheese (set aside 3/4 c.)
    6 oz. bag Doritos, crushed
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Brown ground chuck; drain off fat.
    Add rest of ingredients except 3/4 cup cheese.
    Spray casserole dish with Pam. Place 1/2 bag of chips in bottom of casserole dish. Pour 1/2 of ground meat mixture over chips.
    Layer the rest of the chips and meat.
    Sprinkle 3/4 cup cheese on top of meat.
    Bake, uncovered, 20 to 30 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
